Limit of Stars: 0 stars for promoted and/or new and/or returned members; 5 stars results in promotion – if not applicable, the star limit is “5+” – Prime Minister’s limit is “5+²” – President’s limit [Commander-In-Chief] is “5+³”. The leader of a branch may have a limit of “5+3°” (which is more than “5+³”) if he has shown outstanding service as de facto (factual, but not “on-paper”) leadership for more than one whole year. This recognition award is automatic and the leader has no authority over it. If granted, this “marking” ensures the branch leader eternal power until the military has been dissolved.

To get how this works, think of a car. Theres for wheels on a car right? If each of the wheels work the car works. All recruits will be organized into these four branches all lead by a warlord. The warlord’s are NRF’s wheels. The Head Warlord controls the Wheels, he tells them where to go and when to turn. The parts from there are the second in commands which lead up to the steering wheel. The leader is the steering wheel. AND I, CRAZYBOY, AM THE NAVIGATION SYSTEM (which suggests, aka 50% of the time forces, where to go)!!!
Each branch must have a site, that is the part that connects the wheel to the axel. Each site will be used to give orders. Each warlord is also aloud to get creative with his or her branch. For example the Air Force can have a Jet page, and you may hold recruitment days for your branch. Each branch basically works like a seperate army. So get creative.
Warlords are branch leaders, Head Generals are branch Co-leaders, and Generals are branch Assistants. All must be added to the branch site.

Still not very nice, but just give them some time to put you on the ranks. The admins are probably busy with other stuff. Just be patient and hopefully you will soon get your rank.
You forgot to add Jabber. Boy is he/she going to be angry.
These ranks are a tad outdated… Also, I am a Marshal
You are a Warlord because I say so. xP
