Nielsenkc receives extra stars

Hello RPF Airforce,

as administrator, I can clearly see that Head General Nielsenkc is going over his expectations and is running the site and branch in a great style. For this “almost-heroic action” (we need hits, and are desperate, ok?) the proper officer ought to give him his extra stars for the “five-plus” status. And since the Constitution (both current and revised) states myself as “second most powerful man/woman of the USRPF”, I ought to be allowed to “insist the Head General Nielsenkc be allowed the addition of two stars … Worky lose both of his current stars.” (That is quoted as I said that on chat earlier).
