As I already said, Warlord Ard906789 from Airforce resigned last week. We salute you Ard! *salutes*! You have been a great part in R.P.F. over the many months, and I am sure you will not be forgotten, and be a part of the great soldiers in R.P.F.’s history books. Ard906789 had Seniority Status all the time, but chose to remain only a Warlord for Airforce, and stay out of the Leadership Race. Her advice was always crucial to Airforce’s success. (Though she didn’t know that much about Aviation, her Leadership Skills always made up for it.) Now came the time, as for almost every other R.P.F. soldier who retired, for Ard906789 to realize that “There is no more hope in bringing R.P.F. back to C.P.” As above, Ard906789 has been here for a very long time. Maybe she was just out of energy, and that is the reason for this resignation. Well, I still believe we can try to keep R.P.F. in Club Penguin, and have 3 seperate divisions. My fire has not been extinguished yet.
But with Ard906789 leaving, there comes a great gap to be filled with another soldier. Ard906789 has asked current Military Chief Yo4848 (formerly Airforce Chief Yo4848) to succeed her as Airforce Warlord. I, however, have a few (minor) doubts about this transfer. Firstly, Yo4848 does not meet the experience requirements in R.P.F. (and even other armies) to take over her position. Remember, she was here for a very long time, even longer than me. Secondly, there are other soldiers of Airforce in the waiting list for her position. King Ziehen is number 1 in line, my little brother, who shares the same knowledges of subject as I do. Nielsenkc is number 2 in line. He has experience leading his TRA, and also shows exceptional knowledge of subject. And thirdly, Yo4848 has been promoted from Airforce Chief to Military Chief and now to Head General. With the promotion to Warlord, this would mean that Yo would have gotten 2 promotions (in heavy/high ranks) in 2 weeks. That seems too rapid for me. Fourthly, we have established simple “R.P.F. Branch Transfer Rules”:
The Leader of the “Sending Branch” (a), which in this scenario is Dragonninja0 of Military, must agree with the Leader of the “Receiving Branch” (a), which in this scenario is Ziehen (me) of Airforce, that the Soldier (c) will transfer from the “Sending Branch” (d, Military) to the “Receiving Branch” (e, Airforce). If one of the Leaders declines the transfer, a higher ranked officer (f, Head Warlord Gregorey, Vice Leader Kg or even Leader Commando) can still approve the transfer. An approval is created when: [a] Both Leaders agree. [b] Both Leaders plus any given number of (f). [c] One of the Leaders does not agree, but at least 1 of (f) agrees. [d] Same as [c] but more than one (f). A decline is created when: [A] No one agrees. [B] Neither Leader agrees, but one (f) agrees. [C] Same as [B] but more than one (f) agrees. [D] One of the Leaders agrees, the other does not agree (without input from f). [E] The Soldier (c) does not agree to the transfer. [F] The Soldier who announced the preferred successor (g) does not agree. [G] Neither (c) nor (g) agree. [H] Any other combination.
Recently, John Borne has hinted for someone “to carry on his legacy”. Ace16161 is one candidate to succeed him. So, if John Borne were to resign as well (in an estimated 2-3 weeks, according to John Borne), Ace16161 might automatically be transferred to Marines to take over his position with immediate effect. Ace16161 is not the only one qualified for John Borne’s position. John Borne will announce some more information about this himself. A candidate to take over Ace’s position is Sergie.
